2. Product Display

• Raw Material: We insist on choosing the better yarn with better twist. As this character gives a cloth with a more pleasant hand and drape, bright color and superior comfort.
• Dyeing: special dyeing with America Morrison Rope Dyeing Line. This process guarantee the same even better dyeing effects as woven denim yarn's,  but never destroy the yarn's shape, no sizing.
• Knitting: weft knitting with Japan Fukuhara Knitting Machine. Good equipments and experienced operator, all thest things lead to less defects, better quality; less accidents, big capacity.
• Finishing: three lines of German Monforts Finishing Machine. Its biggest advantage is to ensure the stable weight and shrinkage rate from beginning to end.
• Inspection: two inspections for each production. The first is before finishing, the final is after finishing.
