2. Production Display

• Raw Material: always choosing the cotton yarn with good twist, which gives a cloth with a more pleasant hand and drape, and superior comfort.
• Dyeing: America Morrison Rope Dyeing Line. This line guarantee the same even better dyeing effects as woven denim yarn's,  but never destroy the yarn's shape, no sizing ( washed easily, but its color fastness is as same as the woven denim's after washed)
• Knitting: Japan Fukuhara Knitting Machine. Good equipments and experienced operator, all thest things lead to less defects, better quality; less accidents, big capacity.
• Finshing: German Monforts Finishing Machine. Its biggest advantage is to ensure the stable weight and shrinkage rate from beginning to end.
• Raising: this special process gives the fabric not only soft and comfortable feeling, but also highly breathable and warm keeping charactics.

     Changzhou Kailan Textiles Co.,ltd is located in Qianjia Industry Area, Changzhou City, which is known as the textile city of China.

    We Produce all series of denim fabric, not only knitting denim but also woven denim. We also has rich experience on international trade as well.
