Aluminium powder mill features:

1. Higher output. Its output increases by 10%-20% comparing with Raymond mill under the same power condition. 
2. Larger range of final fineness. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3.Good dust control. Aluminium powder mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
4.Easy to operate. The whole system is combined by some independent systems, and the cohesion between the systems is good.

Working Principles of Aluminium powder mill

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding. After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.

etc. on the barite mining feldspar, limestone, quartz stone, marble, calcite, barite, talc, gypsum powder, kaolin, bentonite, borosilicate glass, quartz sand, manganese ore, chrome ore, corundum, gold powder, long Whitehead, coal, coal gangue, bauxite, silicon carbide, red mud powder, mixed bone over one hundred and seventy kinds of materials crushed processing. Feed it into powder one time. Fineness can be adjusted between 60-325 mesh. Aluminium powder mill production and fineness are

according to the characteristics of the material, excluding special and toughness of the material. Material hardness is not greater 

than 7.5, less than 8% moisture content is appropriate.
