ANT-182 cement based high binding capacity  mosaic  tile surface treatment 

It is one kind of polymer modified Portland cement based base surface processing material, it strengthens the adhesion between mortar and base surface to prevent the mortar from empty drum and shell, it saves man-hour and cost,reduces pollution caused by artificial broom-finish or mechanical broom-finish, therefore, it’s a new-type environmental material.

Scope of use 

Used for surface processing of precast concrete panel, cast-in-place concrete column, concrete beam and concrete shear wall, ceiling and birck surface.

Base Surface Preparation   

The base surface should be dry, solid, smooth, no crack, oil stain and dust. The base surface should be wetted slightly if it is very dry.

Application  

1, stir the mortar manually or electrically, pour the water into clean vessel and mix with mortar and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick paste, no agglomerates and air bubble, keep it still for 5 minutes, stir it again to use and no need to add water.

mixing ratio of mortar powder to water is 25kgs to 5.0-6.0kgs.

2, plaster the well-stirred mortar on the base surface by use of wooden shaving knife or the steel trowel, the thickness of mortar is 1-2mm,do other works about 3 hours later, the interval depends on the different construction temperature, the amount of use for this product is 1.5-2.5kgs per square meter.

Storage and packing   

This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place. packing: 25 kgs per bag,24 tons per 20ft. container.
