Applicable Scope    

It’s applicable to surface processing for precast concrete panel, concrete beam, pillar, shear wall and ceiling, as well as the crack and hollowing of road, dam, bridge and subway.

The base surface requirements:   

The base surface should be dry, solid, smooth, no crack, oil pollution and dust. The base surface should be wetted slightly if it is very dry.

The mixing and coating technique  

1, please stir the mortar manually or electrically, pour the water into clean vessel and mix with mortar and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick paste, no agglomerates and air bubble, keep it still for 5 minutes, stir the mortar again and do not need to add water for using.

(the mix ratio of mortar powder to water is 25kgs to 5.0-6.0kgs).

2,First,please inject the well-stirred mortar into the constructed crack by using of special pump, next fill up with the mortar and compact, finally, do other processes about 24 hours later, the interval depends on the different temperature, the amount of use for this product depends on the details of building site.

Storage and packing:  

This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place. packing: 25 kgs/bag, 24 tons per 20ft. container.
