As an important protection equipment to improve the environment, ESP is mainly used to clean soot particles emitted from boiler and further reduces the amount of soot exhausting into atmosphere substantially. ESP has been widely applied in thermal power generation, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement and other industries for dust extraction and material recycling.
Working principle -- High Efficiency DLD Electrostatic Dust Collector for Cement Plant:
Uniformly distributed ash-laden gas will be blown into DC electrical field and charged, those charged dust will deposit onto collecting electrode under the power of electric force
