1.Introduction of Industrial Dust Collector

The electric-fabric filter concentrates advantages of electric dust collector and bag filter, ash-laden gas will be firstly dedusted through electric field and then goes through bag filter for fine collection. 

It has been widely applied in thermal power generation, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement and other industries for dust extraction and material recycling.

 

 

2.Working principle of Industrial Dust Collector

The electric field will collect 70-80% dust form ash-laden gas, then the bag filter will intercept the remaining dust. In this process, the preliminary dedusting and 

charging have placed an important role to enhance the performance of electric-fabric filter.

 

 

 

3.Advantages of Industrial Dust Collector

• Suitable to be used in high specific resistance and features high efficiency and stability
• Operating resistance is 500pa lower than that of bag filter and then reduce the power consumption of draught fan
• Low frequence to clean dust and low power consumption
• Small equipment takes less space 
• Through the cooling of pre-processing and electric dedusting, the appearance of paste and burn is effectively avoided.
