Brief Introduction for Pellet Machine of Animal Feed

This pellet mill is a diesel-driven pelletizing equipment which can be used to compress feeds raw materials or biomass wastes into pellets for poultry feed or recyclable energy. Depending on the ingredients, these pellets can be used for animal feed 

that’s easilystored, cheap and has a long lifespan, or as an energy efficient fuel for fireplaces, wood-burning furnaces and stoves.

The Machine is driven by a Diesel Engine, together with the clutch and accelerating-decelerating device to change its speed. 

The Diesel Engine also drive the belt to drive the main shaft. The machine can run smoothly and with few noises.

It is especially applicable to the masters of aquaculture, feed process factory and individual specialization to process the feeds for

rabbits, chicken, hogs, cattle, sheep, fish, shrimp and so on.

It process the powder material to be granular feed characterized with good rigidity, perfect smoothness, long shelf life and standard 

degree of moistness. The feeds will be nearly cooked during the processing which can greatly increase the proportion of nutrition. 

2. Simple structure, wide application, little space needed.
3. For making powdery feedstuff like grass powder, you need not to add extra liquid, so the finished feed pellets contains as much 

moisture as before pelletizing.

4. Pellets size is from 2-12 mm upon your requirement. When making different size, you just need to change the die mould.
5. Animal feed pellets processed by this pellet machine have smooth surface, not easy to break and highly cooked. 
6. Suitable for different feedstock. 
7. The flat die and press roller are made of high quality alloy steel, which has 3-4 times life span than common material.

8. Equipped with international standard accelerating-decelerating device, the flat die pellet mill can run smoothly with low noise  and 

long life.
