Q: Hi, how long can the chilling effect last ?

Voniss: Hello there, the chiller can chill up to 30-40 mins per bottle of wine. You can still feel the chilling effect after you finish the wine and remove it from the bottle. 

Q:  Is it ok to leave the chiller in the freeze when not using it ?

Voniss: It is recommended not to keep the chiller in the freeze when you are not using it. If your freeze has other things such as meat & poultry, it's better to isolate them from the chiller. 

Q:   Is it also a stopper? So that I can put it in a bottle at home and take it with me to a restaurant for example?

Voniss: The rubber part tapers and plugs the bottle neck enough to keep wine from leaking out when you pour. But the pourer opening is not plugged. so it's Not friendly for transport if you value the contents staying in the bottle.

Q: I want to customize my logo, is this ok? will it be expensive? ?

Voniss: Yes, we provide customizing service, to customize logo is not expensive, usually cost 0.03~0.05/pcs, if you have a large quantity need, that really saves money, but if the buying quantity is very small, this is not recommend, packaging is also customizable, for more details, please contact our sales team via the trade manager or skype we posted on the site!

Q: Does your product meet food grade standard? What certificates you have got?

Voniss: Yes, our products passed FDA,LFGB test, like wine stopper and wine aerator. 

Q: If I what to buy a sample, will you provide? Are they free?

Voniss:  Yes,you can buy the samples, (some items can be free) and the sample fee is refundable when order placed, but please note our sample need to be fright collect. which means you need to pay for the fright.
