Work mechanism:
This bump is composed of work cavity and air-operated cavity, and partitioned by the bellows between them, as shown in figure: the compressed air enters into the air-operated cavity through the inlet and the bellows moves towards the left because of the increasing press. Then the main-spring is compressed, the one-way valve opens, the medium in the work cavity is extruded, the pneumatic valve core moves to the left and the inlet closes. The air passes the valve petal, pneumatic sheath, press room, and expels through the outlet. The press in the air-operated cavity decreases, the bellows diaplasis and push to the right, and the inlet opens, then the next period. Through this continuous shuttle process, the bump carries out the transporting medium.
Work characteristics:
(1) This bump is extensively used in fields of packing industry’s and press industry’s printing ink elevating system of the watered printing ink printing machine, the intaglio printing machine, and the flexible printing machine, and also can be used to transport the other viscosity liquid, such as water, oil, serosity, and erodible liquid or liquid with micro-solid particles.
(2) Take the compressed air as power, and without the spark, electrostatic, and electromagnetism interfere during the work process, this bump can be used in the flammable and explosive conditions.
(3) Reasonable structure and convenient manipulation. The flux of the medium can be regulated through changing the air press or needle valve’s flux according to the viscosity and the needed quantity.
(4) CJ601S bump is equipped with return- ink handle, after work push the two return- ink handles at the same time, the residual ink in the bump and the pipeline will return to the container automobilely which can save the material and keep the equipment clean conveniently(extract the handles when the next time ).
