YD62 Gear Tooth Speed Sensor
Brief Introduction
YD62 gear tooth speed sensor using hall effect. It was made by magnetic resistance as sensing elements . It isa new type speed sensor. Core component is the use of magnetic resistance as the detection element, and then through a new signal processing circuit to make noise reduction, function better. When the test object with the projections (or recesses) of the magnetic or magnetically permeable material, with the measured object is rotated, the magnetic resistance of the magnetic field change is detected and converted into an alternating electric signal, the sensor circuit signal amplification, shaping, good rectangular pulse signal output measurementfrequency range wider, more accurate and stable output signal, simple installation, oil and water.
By comparison with other types of tooth waveform output speed sensor, the measured speed error minimal and linear characteristic has a good consistency. Its object is magnetic induction or magnetic materials, such as magnets, iron and electrical steel and so on. Has been widely applied in the field of gun power, automotive, aviation, textiles, petrochemicals and so on.
YD62 gear tooth speed sensor has the features as follow:
1 high sensitivity, high reliability, long life, long trigger distance;
2 trigger signal is iron (soft) magnetic materials;
3 long distance transport, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability;
4 good impact resistance and vibration resistance.

Gear speed
The teeth using metallic material with big permeability such as 45 steel, toothed is involute tooth, the teeth gap and tooth width have great impact on the speed measurement,
when teeth gap is too small,may result in the sensor no output, and seriously affect the measurement, therefore teeth processing according to request.

Installation
Sensor installation pls refer to figure2, a magnetically permeable material(such as iron, steel,ect) as teeth installed in the measured shaft.
The gear be processed to involute teeth, the modulus will larger than 2. Hall sensor, reluctance sensor, eddy current sensor mounted the bracket,
radially aligned with the gear, installation gap between0.5~2mm, sensor signal output cable are 3 cores shielding line, lead wire refer to figure2.
