Porphyra Algae Laver
1. Dried seaweed(laver) is commonly used as a wrap for soup and onigiri. It is also a common garnish in noodle preparation.
2. Laver is natural seaweed that is roasted or dried, and it is actually a human food consumption item used in oriental cooking. In particular, the roasted type is most often used as wrappers for making rolled sushi, while the dried type may be used for this purp ose as well as making seaweed soup and rice balls.
How to cook
12.No wash-- roasted by infrared, clean enough and no need to wash again. Just put seaweed in a bow, add into 100°c soup, ready to enjoy.
13.Wash-- if choose to wash again before cooling, please wash within 1 minute. Use 100°c boiling water or brine with 4~5% salt content, so as to advoid clearing the nutrience, phycoerythrin away.
