due to its technical properties e.g. water content and bad

fluidity in some ranges honey was

barely applicable. as people do not want to abandon its positive

effects they find a possibility.

they took natural honey and add the carrier maltodextrin and

calcium phosphate. after spray-

drying they got a fine but very hygroscopic powder.
