This is the simple spray painting machine. Client can use own painting room as the air filter. The price is competitive and spraying effect is also good. Suitable for UV,PU,PE,NC and so on. In order to achieve good painting effect client should prepare the air pressure,air tank and drying machine to supply the drying,clean,and stable air source.

-    Use good steel as the basic constructure.

-    PLC control system (OMRON), spray gun will do the reciprocating motion.

-    4 pcs spray gun is installed on the reciprocator. Controlled by OMRON servo motor.The speed can reach 80m/ min.

-    Every painting machine has 2 pcs reciprocator. Omron product.

-    Standard setting has 4 pcs spray gun (Japan) and 1 pc membrane pump with pneumatic drive (Taiwan).

-    Painting width and length can be adjusted.

-    Two extra spray gun can be added on side to solve the side painting problem

The wirerope don’t need to clean after every painting. Reduce the maintenance cost.
