Host structures

 - Main steel all welded with steel tubes and cold-rail plate bending and forming

- With glass doors that can be opened, observe gun work

-  Belt conveyer belt is PVC material, has a higher resistance to abrasion and chemical corrosion resistance

-  Feeding end conveyor belt installed adjustable positioning device can be adjusted depending on the workpiece width 

Spraying system

- Install 6 low pressure spray guns, each spray angle and height can be adjusted according to the work piece, 2 corresponding feeding pump, each pump for 3 spray guns, forming two independent sets of paint supply system

-  Entrance to install optoelectronic systemcan automatically detect sprayed work piece, automatically control/switch spray gun time, reduce unnecessary waste

-  Have paint recycling tanks installed below, the excess paint can be recycled, improve paint utilization

The air circulation system

- After 2 times entering the spray room air filter, with closed-end spray Chamber, keeping spraying room air clean. While closed-end spraying room also plays a role in the protection of the environment

- Air inlet installed a compressed-air blowers, effectively curbing proliferation of paint mist

-Installation of fan air outlet, and out of the wind to form effective convection, speed indoor spray paint mist flow, reduced in spray paint mist chamber residence time
