Technological process:
1.This medical garbage incinerator is provided with the currently most advanced incineration way, i.e., primary pyrolysis gasification, co-firing of surrounding wind, secondary incineration, burnout treatment.
2.The primary incineration chamber of this incinerator is provided with the gasification incineration technique, which makes the temperature inside the incinerator rise from 200℃ to 400℃. The problems such as clinker, residue and sintering will never happen in the process of garbage incineration.
3.The secondary incinerator and toroidal air supply device are set inside the secondary mixed incineration chamber. The combustible gas in the smoke will be burnt fully under high temperature, which can burn the gas generated by the gasifier and air fully and effectively by mixing them and prevent the overflow of the carbon substances in gas and late incineration. The smoke enters the high-temperature incineration chamber tangentially and the combustion-supporting air also enters it in a tangential manner, making the smoke incinerate fully again in the incineration chamber.
4.The flue gas dust removal is made by the swirling air flow. The retention time of incineration smoke in the incinerator is greater than 2s, so that the combustible gas in smoke and the combustibles in the flying ash burn fully. Dry tail gas purification device is set in the upper part of the incinerator so as to absorb the chlorine hydride and oxysulfide generated by incineration. The odor in smoke will be decomposed under the high temperature.
5.The smoke purification system is provided with calcium hydride filter brick which will be involved in neutralization reaction with the acid gas in order to absorb the acid gas and purify the tail gas. The harmful components of the smoke are decomposed below the value specified in the national standard “Pollution Control Standard for Hazardous Wastes Incineration (GB18484-2001)”.
