Applications:

This model has three units of punching, shearing and bending. The three functions can be operated separately and simultaneously. The punching unit adopts turret structure, bending unit uses the closed structure, bending angles by numerical control with memory function.

         This machine is mainly used for processing copper and aluminum bus bars. The  user can choose different working units to easily and conveniently realize the functions of shearing, punching( round hole, long round hole, square hole and other shaped holes), horizontal  bending, vertical bending, embossing, pressing cable joint and twisting. 

Features and advantages:

1. The punching unit uses ductile iron to process the turret typed integral rotary table. The turret table can hold 4 /6 /8 die stations as request.The mold is processed with the CNC machining center. this improves the precision and concentricity of the mold, and also extend the service life of the molds.
2. The cutting units adopts column strocture, guarantees the notch smooth, no waste materials and long time use without deformation.
3. Closed bending unit with numericial control. The NC system has memory function and error compensation.
4. Panasonic PLC control is more stable and reliable than the traditional electric relay.
5. The hydraulic oil tank uses 3mm steel plate with phosphating process, so the hydraulic oil will not degenerate after long usage.
6. Three cylinders, three oil pumps, so the three functions can be operated simultaneously to improve the working efficiency.
7. The hydraulic oil tube uses the international A-type connection, very durable and also easy for maintence. 
8. Equipped with caster wheels, easy to move.
