Applications:

         This model has three units of punching, shearing and bending. The three functions can be operated separately and simultaneously. This machine is mainly used for processing copper and aluminum bus bars. 

     The user can choose different working units to easily and conveniently realize the functions of shearing, punching( round hole, long round hole, square hole and other shaped holes), horizontal  bending, vertical bending, embossing, pressing cable joint and twisting. 

Features and advantages:

1.  Shearing unit adopts double column shearing structure to guarantee the notch smooth, no waste materials and no burrs.
2.  Punching unit is the four mold integrated rotary table,and the table is made from one whole piece. this improves the concentricity and extend the service life of the mold.
3.  Bending unit adopts the closed structure, this will be more flat and even when processing horizontal bending.
4.  Double working table for bending unit, the three functions can be operated simultaneously at the same time.This can improve working efficiency.
5.  PLC control is more stable and reliable than the traditional electric relay.
6.  The hydraulic oil tank uses 3mm steel plate with phosphating process, so the hydraulic oil will not degenerate after long usage.
7.  Numerical control for the bending degrees, with touch screen and memory function.
