Emulsified explosive truck with on-site mixing loading

• This truck is widely used in metallurgy, coal, chemicals, building materials and other departments. Large and medium sized open pit is conducted with water hole blasting operation. The hole diameter is more than 100mm.

Emulsified explosive truck with on-site mixing loading of BCRH line can mix pure emulsion explosives and series emulsion explosive with 30% of dry mix at most on-site. The preparation of aqueous phase, oil phase and sensitizer is operated on ground station, while latex matrix emulsion can be completed on the ground, or in truck. Dry material mixture and sensitization is conducted in truck.

• Before charging, at ground station, relevant materials should be added into corresponding container in the truck.

• When loading truck comes to job site, start PTO, stretch charging tube into bottom of the hole, input explosive load on counter and press start button. Then, each preparation and mixing unit begins to work. Slowly raise charging tube. Explosive is charged below water, and water is discharged from hole. After charging, move to the next hole, repeat the above procedure, and charge the next hole.
