By striking and friction effect to get rid of the wheat fur, skin to finally reduce the ash content of wheat seed before going into roller mill. Low intensity impurities can be wiped out in this process.

  Wheat seed goes into scourer, after striking of string board and friction of sieve, impurities on surface of wheat seed will be cleaned and wheat skin will be wiped out, which can increase the flour precision.
