TQLZa series high efficiency vibration cleaning sieve is mainly used for milling, feed, rice milling, chemical industry, food, oil and other raw materials of cleaning and grading. By changing the different pieces of sieve aperture, can clean up the wheat, corn, 

rice, oil, and other granular materials.

Working principle: 

Its principle is to use screening method according to the material granularity separation. Material is by mean of a feeding tube into the feed hopper and by adjusting plate to adjust the material flow of material evenly to drip material board, with the screen 

body vibration, and along the drip plate flow to the screen above. Large impurities into the big miscellaneous outlet along the 

upper screen surface conversion, through the upper mesh screen under the land on the sieving slice, in which small impurities through the sieve hole of land on the fuselage bottom, through a narrow impurity outlet conversion, pure material along the

lower screen surface directly into net exports.
