1. Introduction
Multi-functional Dispersion Mixing Kettle integrates Low-speed Mixer and High-speed Disperser into one machine. It is especially suitable for mid-and-high viscous a materials and thixotropic materials. Dispersing and Mixing can go on at the same time result in ideal effect. The machine is suitable for mixing, blending, dissolving and tinting materials. It is characterized in easy operation, good applicability.
2. Main Features
1.Various agitator types: Anchor agitator with scraper, Anchor agitator with three blade, High-speed dispersion disc, High-shear emulsifier, screw agitator, multi-layers impeller etc.. The agitators can be designed according to the property of the materials and the requirements of the production technology. 2.The mixing kettle is with top and bottom dished end and adopts mechanical seal to be suitable for vacuum and pressurized working condition.
3.The mixing kettle can be with jacket or limpet coil for cooling or heating.
4.Easy maintenance and all the part contacting with materials is mirror polished for easy clean.
