Carecci & Figli has developed a winning formula that allows it to produce a high volume of fresh pastas, sauces and other ingredients for all of our restaurants. Over the years, it has diversified laterally and now networks with Italian companies to import and produce a range of high quality gourmet products.
These products include a wide selection of pastas, cheeses, olive oil, truffles, wine vinegar, parma ham and many other well-known gourmet products. Burrata Pugliese, Parmesan, Treccia Lucana and Mozzarella (Fiordilatte) Pecorino are just some of the quality cheeses that we bring in. Carecci & Figli also distributes wines from several wine manufacturers such as San Maurizio, Pierpaolo Pecorari, Il Canovino, Nottola, Apollonio, Astoria and many more.
