Suzhou Shenchen Textiles Co., Ltd. (formerly Suzhou Hualun Thread Mill) was established in 1988. It currently has more than 1,000 employees and occupies an area of more than 60,000 square meters with a construction area of more than 35,000 square meters. Through the years it has developed into a leading manufacturer in China specializing in many kinds of thread. Its main products comprise of the threads used for garments, including but not limited to polyester sewing thread and mercerized cotton sewing thread, crochet and embroidery thread and cross stitch. The production capacity per year is 3.500 tons for all types of threads and 100,000 sets for embroidery cross stitch. Our products are exported all over the world to more than 50 countries spanning 5 continents including Europe, North America, South American, Africa and Middle East Asia. We have many established branches and marketing offices at home and in many of our customers own countries.
We have our own spinning mill with 50,000 spindles to meet our production needs and have imported TFO Machines, Dyeing Machines and Mercerizing Machines from Germany, Switzerland and Japan to keep improving the quality of our threads. We feel that it is important to keep as much of the production process in-house to ensure the high levels of quality we have come to expect and are expected of us. It is for this reason that we also employ the use of our own testing lab to supervise the process of production.
