Magnesia Alumina Spinel bricks
Introduction:
Magnesia alumina spinel brick (also called Magnesia Aluminate Brick) is a high-grade basic refractory with periclase and spinel as the main raw minerals. Magnesium aluminate spinel was synthesized by solid oxide reaction route at 1400℃ then compressed by high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering, the materials finally form into the stable spinel phase MgO·Al2O3 (MgAl2O4). At the same time, special mineralizer is added to make the crystal phase particles of products directly combine. It has the characteristics of high strength, good thermal shock stability and strong resistance to chemical erosion. It is mainly used in the upper and lower transition zone of cement rotary kiln and thermal kiln equipment requiring high temperature resistance and heat shock resistance.
