Main structure of the machine
1. Head box: Adopt one open-type head box and manifolds distributor through step diffuser head box; the box structure is steel welded and the material of top and bottom plate is stainless steel; the head box part can be adjusted locally and wholly.
2. Wire part: the length of wire is 18000mm, mainly consisting of breast roll, molding plate, drainage foil, suction box, vacuum couch, compound roll, drive wire roll, corrector, constant tensioner, squirt cutter, warped edge device, wire table sack and cantilever wire-changing device.3. Press part: one group of vacuum press:800mm,two group of big roll blind press:1250mm.
4. Dryer part:thirty-six dryers:1500mm×3600mm, arrangement type:(24+sizing machine+12), equipped with,dryer cylinder with Top & Bottom under cylinder groups and pneumatic corrector, electric tensioner and paper-leading rope device. 5. Sizing part:3200mm two-roll sizing machine.
6. Calendar and pope part:3200mm two-roll calender and 3200mm horizontal reeling machine.
7. Drive and control part:Section drive with AC variable frequency conversion and all-digital closed-loop control system.
