1.Headbox
The headbox use the air-cushioned headbox so that the work speed can be faster than the open-type headbox.The enclose wall of the aircushioned headbox is polished by the stainless steel. It have the stainless steel holy roll and use the tapered pipe inlet and organic glass diffuser headbox pulp, pulp can be distributed evenly . Upper lip plate with a total harmonic tuning mechanism to adjust the lip opening.

2.Fourdrinier section
The fourdrinier section by the steel welding structure. It's the cantilever screen changing type rack. Four rolls are diameter of 750mm breast roll diameter of 900mm vacuum couch roll diameter of 800mm drive roll and diameter of 450mm guide roll. 

3.Press section
The press consists of a vacuum suction device, vacuum press and two large diameter pressing. The large diameter can improve press nip width dewatering wet sheet strength and finished paper density. Each press have the top felt and bottom felt for dewatering device and cleaning device. The frame is outsourcing stainless steel structure . It use the hydraulic cylinder pressure because it can make the machine more stable and pressure is sufficient .

4.Drying part
The main part in Baking is dryer .It has the dryer groups. Dryer group consists of 3 1500mm diameter and 30 1800mm diameter dryers. Each cylinder is equipped with scraper. The frame is outsourcing stainless steel structure . Drive by the small gear box has 14 drive points. Each stem network is equipped with automatic corrector and electric tightener.The baking is equipped with the threading device.

5.Sizing machine
The glue applicator with the diameter of 1005mm and diameter of 1000mm. The frame is outsourcing stainless steel structure . It Pressurized by the corrugated tube .

 6.Reeling machine
Horizontal pneumatic reeling machine. The cooling cylinder with the diameter of 1100mm.

7.Exhause hood
The baking is equipped with the ordinary exhaust hood which made by the aluminum profile and aluminum board.

8.Drive
The whole machine is multi-points drive,it owns 27 drive points. The driver is equipped with frequency conversion motor and shaft coupling point.
