Fiberglass pultruded profile is produced from fiberglass and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin with high temperature pultrusion. It is produced with a veil surface to prevent glass fibers from penetrating out of the resin surface in service, which increases the performance of anti-corrosion and anti-UV.
The FRP pultruded profile size can be customized, including the shape, the length, the width, the thickness as well as the diameter.

Production Process
FRP Pultrusion production is a continuous production process to produce fiberglass reinforced polymer profiles of any length and constant section. Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving, continuous mat, woven robing, carbon or others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix (resin, minerals, pigments, additives) and passed through a pre-forming station that produces the stratification necessary to give the profile the desired properties. After the pre-forming step, the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to polymerize the resin.
