Working principle
The working process is as follows: The unplugged pump pumps NON-fermented pig dung into the body and accelerates the discharge under the action of a vibration motor. At this time, the power transmission, squeezing the Dragon, gradually pushes the dung water to the front of the body, while constantly improving the front edge pressure, The moisture in the material is forced to squeeze out the screen and flow out the drain pipe under the action of edge pressure band filtration. The work of the Extrusion is continuous, the material is continuously pumped into the body, and the pressure on the leading edge is constantly increasing. When it is large to a certain extent, the discharge mouth is opened and the extrusion mouth is squeezed to achieve the purpose of extrusion. In order to master the speed and water content of the feed, the weight distribution block below the host can be adjusted to achieve a satisfactory and appropriate feed state.
