Vacuum Pressure Casting Tank System for Dry Type Transformers

The vacuum resin casting machine is specially used in the production of dry type transformers, bushings, dry type reactors, high voltage switch insulation, and related electrical products. It mainly consists of material tank, mixing tank, measuring device, vacuum casting tank, vacuum pump system, heating system, control system, etc. It is suitable for degassing, mixing and casting high polymer materials such as bisphenol-A, outdoor resin, polyurethane, etc.

20°C.

Packaging:

The tank is covered with water proof cloth, other parts are packed by wooden case

using steel rope and wood block to fix the machine inside container,

Shipping:

The machine will be shipped by FCL, containers will be sent to our factory for loading.

The well-cooperated experienced shipping forwarder will take care all the shipping as well as custom clearance.

Before shipping we will inspect the machine and test run the machine in our factory.

1. Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A:Our factory is located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. Is about 160KM from Shanghai Pudong Airport. Customer can fly to Shanghai, or directly to Wuxi via Guangzhou or Beijing.

All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to visit us!

2. Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Each part of the machine components are strictly processed by advanced machine tools and experienced staffs. Every machine element is checked and inspected by our QC. Each machine before delivery shall test run and be well checked

4. Q: How about the after sales service?

A: Before shipping, our machine has been test run and well checked. If customer need home service 1-2 technicians will be dispatched to Buyer’s plant for installation & commissioning.
