Corrugated Fin Folding Machine for making transformer tank

Used for making fin radiator for transformer corrugated tank.

4. fin distance: 45-80mm

5. decoiler: mechanical expansion, capacity 5 tons

6. hydraulic station, 35-30MPA

7. PLC control system: Schneider or Mitsubishi brand

8. working speed: 3 fins/min

Working flow of the machine

uncoiling -- coil feeding -- plate folding -- cutting -- run-out

Fin pitch and fin height should be manually adjusted limit switches. Fin quantity can be preset in the PLC.

Main components of transformer corrugated fin machine:

1. Decoiler: mechanical expansion, passive, capacity 5T.

2. Hydraulic station: max. flux 40L/min, pump motor 15kW; main components are from Taiwan.

3. Main forming unit: hydraulic driven, automatic forming.

4. Shearing device: hydraulic driven to cut formed fins.

5. Run-out table: manual, 1.5m long.

6. PLC control system: PLC is Mitsubishi or SIEMENS, touch screen is Inovance, electric components are Schneider brand

Seaworthy export standard packing for the machine. All machine parts are well fastened and fixed by blocks and wire ropes.

Normally one machine needs one 20 feet container for shipping.
