lumifox2000 portable water toxicity detector is a toxicity detection system based on biosensor techniques, running a qualitative and quantitive detection according as the variation of luminous intensity during photobacteria’s metabolism. lumifox2000 use freeze-dried luminescent bacteria reagent as routine reagent . While luminous bacteria are in the poison condition, inhibition of their luminescence can be caused by toxic substance, thousands of toxic substance can be directly detected according to the variation of luminescence intensity, whose results can collate to standard toxic material HgC12 or phenol to get a corresponding toxic level.
