Liyi 1000 degree oven for special baking process can be used for aging test of electronic components and plastic chemical products together with iron preheat, quenching, burn, stewing, annealing, ashing test, concise and other high fever processing experiment, ect.

Application of muffle furnace, box furnace, chamber furnace whichare widely used in the fields of metallurgy, ceramics, glass, machinery, analysis test, semiconductor, science & research and so on. It is the ideal electric oven for material research labs and dental labs to prepare small size samples with maximum energy saving.

Main Features:

1.Max. Temperature 1200C, working temperature 1050C. RT~1100°C heating up time is About 50min.
2. P.I.D or 31 or 51 segments programmable and auto control which can be chosen based on your needs.
3. Inner chamber uses ceramic fibre to ensure a fast heating rate, and power saving.
4 By using special lining and top quality resistance wire, maximum to prevent from chemical contamination.
5. Double layers steel casing with fan cooling, to ensure the surface of furnace is below 50C, which much safer for the operator.

Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers.

Moreover, If your machine doesn’t work, you can send us an E-mail or call us we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

2. What’s the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines) If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?

Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation video in English version through Email.

Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
