So we can see that braking disk diameter, modular quantity and air pressure are three factors influence fan cooled caliper disc brake's braking force.

Except DBK10 single modular brake, its module quantity can be chosen as needed. When module quantity is two, its model is DBK10.2; On the other hand, when this brake used for braking disc thickness different is also available. For example, when this DBK brake used for clamping 20mm thickness friction disc, it named DBK20. It is also can be equiped with different number of module, like DBK20.2, DBK20.3, DBK20.4 and etc. Each module equiped with one air inlet port, that is to say, DBK20.2 with two points, so there are two air input port on the top of brake for air source supply.

Pneumatic caliper disc brake DBK20.2 with two points is normal release brake, that is to say, this brake is controlled by air source. Normally, this brake DBK20.2 is in releasing status, after supplying air source, piston pushes friction pads forward and clamp rotating steel friction plate for stop.
