SNTON Steel Cord Co., Ltd, includes four factories, and the total production capacity is 400,000 ton per year, in which the steel cord output is 340,000 ton per year and the bead wire is 30,000 ton per year. 65,000 ton per year of steel cord for the factory I have been fully produced; 125,000 ton per year steel cord for the factory II began to launch in Oct.2008, partly produced in Dec.2009, and it will be fully produced in June, 2011. 150,000 ton per year of steel cord for the factory III began into construct in Aug.2009, and it will be fully produced in 2013, 60,000 ton per year of bead wire for factory IV began into launch in Sep.2009 and it will be fully produced in 2011.
