Introduction
Cyclone TW100 is specifically designed for food and feed for NIR analysis. working principle
The sample entering the grinding chamber through the feed hopper (with anti-splash function) produces a huge secondary impact and surface friction with the rotating knife and the fixed screen ring under the action of the airflow formed by the high-speed rotary cutter (impeller). The comminution effect is achieved in time and quickly enters the sample receiving bottle in the low pressure zone through the turbine airflow. The turbine airflow provides additional cooling and cleaning features that ensure the preservation of the sample being ground. The TW100 enables very fast and convenient sample preparation and is suitable for a wide range of analytical techniques such as NIR near-infrared spectroscopy, Kjeldahl nitrogen determination, fiber determination and solvent extraction.

Sample properties: fiber-containing, soft, dry, low-fat (up to 15% moisture, up to 10% fat)
