Description
Based on superparamagnetic particle
purification technology, FineMag Plant Genomic DNA Kit is suit-able for purifying high-quality nucleic acids from vari-ous plant samples. There is no need to use toxic phenol or chloroform during the extraction process,and there is no need for time- consuming alcohol precipitation. The kit can be integrated with magnetic rod or pipetting automatic nucleic acid extractor method for high- throughput extraction, and a magnetic separation rack can also be used for manual operation.

Use GENFINE M302, column method competitor 1,column method competitor 2, magnetic beads method competitor 1 and magnetic beads method competitor 2 to extract genomic DNA from
different types of plant samples seperately.
Use Qubit and Nanodrop respectively to measure the DNA concentration of the sample, and the results are shown as above.
