Our factory is located along the bank of Taihu Lake. With convenient transportation, highly developed information communication and only about one-hour-car-distance from our metropolian Shanghai by car, we are a professional manufacturer of rubber foaming tube, rubber or plastic foaming, EVA products, silicone rubber in Jiangsu province. Also we are good at developing and produce various categories of EVA handles and products, at the same time we researched and developed some sports or leisure products, such as Pilates, yoga fitness hula hoop, 3D Car mats, trunk mats.Our factory occupies 5000 square meters, with more than 80 staff including 8 technicians. Therefore, we are capable of designing and developing moulds with annual products of 18 million foaming tubes. Our major products are as following:1. Rubber foaming handle series: applied to fitness equipment, rehabilitation equipment, hand gripper, rope skipping, mop, snow shovel, foam dumbbell, handle slipcover of baby carriage, versatility hair wave, sponge of skidproof hanger. And also used in lawn mower, and brush cutter garden machinery.2 EVA foaming products series: EVA foaming punching products, EVA injection foaming(crutch under the armpit, handle), EVA umbrella handle, EVA foaming handle of mountaineering stick, EVA sealing strip product, guitar rack, the EVA protecting jacket of musical instrument stands3 Pilates yoga fitness hoop: It adopts spring plate with high elasticity and is equipped with high quanlity yoga breast augmentation foaming sponge handle that is a kind of inward compressive fitness apparatus.4 3D Car mats, trunk mats: It adopts fortified fiber and at bottom the chemical XPE that has passed the SGS testing and reached the European ROHS standard. Such kind of material has the quality of light weight, high level resistance, heat insulation, noise absorption, water-proof, shock absorption and crushioning, low temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-bacteria and as a environmental protective material of high-tech quality it cannot be replaced by PVC, NPE, EVA and EPE.All our export products conform to the environmental inspection of ROHS, PAHS and 6P.
