The Hawker Water Less ATEX battery is designed to safely power electric material handling vehicles,characterized by containers that have been designed,patented,and certified for use in potentially flammable environments.The compact design of the battery enclosure allows for the installation of batteries that meet the full capacity recommended by the original equipment manufacturer,without the need to reduce battery capacity and operations.

APPLICATION:The WATER LESS®battery can be used in medium and heavy applications.

LESS WATERING:The WATER LESS®battery starts gassing later and due to better charge acceptance does not gas as heavy to mix the acid with electrolyte.This means that WATER LESS®requires watering just four to six times per year*in many applications.

Less watering,more benefits
All Hawker Water Less cells use proven PzS technology.The positive electrodes are diecast tubular plates(PzS)and advanced components used in the manufacture provide increased efficiency.The negative plates are flat pasted plates,and the separator is microporous.In addition to extended watering intervals,Hawker Water Less batteries also feature a low electrolyte level indicator that tells operators when it's time to top up.
