This continuous carbonization furnace is mainly used for carbonizing:sawdust,rice husk,groundnut shell,plants straw, tree bark,grinded coconut shell,etc..Granule size of all above raw material should be less than 15mm.
This machine can be continuous getting charcoal and feeding raw material at the same time.this equipment is with high efficiency, which cause no pollution to the air.

1) main part of the whole set machine : biomass gasifier stove , gas cleaner , fan, burner , carbonization equipment etc
2) principle : this sets equipment use Dry distillation carbonization method , make full use of the flammable gas,such as Methane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, which occur during the carbonization . Then through the gas cleaner to get Wood tar, wood acid to get pure flammable gas , then through the burner to make the gas be burning to heating the carbonization ( temperature is about 600 ℃ )3) Four-layer’s pipe : from top to bottom , the 1st & 2rd layer are for pre-heating and drying, ( these 2 layers with independent vapour exhaust pipe ),3rd layer is for carbonization under low temperature , 4th layer is for carbonization under high temperature and discharge , 3rd & 4th layer also have independent pipe to collect flammable gas, which can make the gas be used circulatory

3.)Why it is no pollution ?
Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.
When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.(can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again.
