This series shot blasting machine is specifically designed as continuous machine to shot blast the OD of pipe ranging from 108mm diameter to 1020mm diameter. The blast wheel can shoot out the high speed shot and hit on the surface of the steel .It can remove the welding spatters and oxide layers from the surface consequently obtain a metallic luster with a fine and homogeneous finish.
The layout of the shot blast wheel onto the shot blast cabinet is carried out with computer simulation and optimization. The conveyors used are variable pitch X-style conveyors, Conveyor consist of directly driven rubber tires that are moved in or out to suit the diameter of the pipe be processed. The speed controlled by a frequency controller to give the required through put speed. These conveyors are designed for heavy duty operation. Higher capacity conveyors are available. All machines are supplied complete include: Roller conveyors, Blasting chamber, Abrasives recovery system, Abrasives separator & Storage hopper and Dust collector.
