The αβ valve (also known as the AB valve), split butterfly valve, split valve, hermetic isolation valve and aseptic valve consist of two main parts. One part is the active valve, and the other is the passive valve. The active valve is the core part of the highly hermetic and aseptic split valve, which controls the entire system. Once the active valve and the passive valve are separated, they remain hermetic respectively. The precise positioning device of the valve can ensure that the two parts fit closely and are fixedly connected together.
The materials comply with the design requirements of the FDA and CGMP in the European Union. After the active valve and the passive valve are combined, the active valve disc and the passive valve disc fit closely. Rotate the locking ring to fix the passive valve; rotate the handle of the active valve to open the valve disc to make the upper and lower parts connected. Then, rotate the handle of the active valve and the locking ring in the reverse order respectively until they are in place, and the active valve and the passive valve can be separated. It is used for loading, unloading, batching, crushing, sampling, etc. under hermetic conditions.

The αβ valve, also known as the AB valve, is a highly engineered valve used for the hermetic transportation and transfer of aseptic powder products or products harmful to human bodies. It plays a role in reducing cross-contamination of products and can protect the personal safety of operators. The αβ valve is designed with a hermetic SIP sterilization structure. By assembling valve accessories, online sterilization can be carried out on the αβ valve itself, the affiliated equipment, containers, IBC totes or tanks.
