JIANBANG Self-leveling epoxy floor paint   

          This two-component product is mainly prepared by epoxy resin,curing agent,fillers.

Instructions for use:

* Apply certain amount of sealing agent to further smooth surface of substrate with airless apraying or rolling.
* Towel two layers of epoxy slurry (a rough layer followed by a fine the layer) on the surface to required thickness.Before toweling second layer,smooth the first layer by grinding.
* Grind the intermediate layer and cleann up extra sands or quartz on intermediate layer,thereafter apply finish coat after.

Substrate Treatment:

*     A gap of 28 days is necessary for newly constructed concrete floor before application of epoxy floor coating.
*     Clear oil stains,old paint,water,dirt,etc. on substrate surface.To achieve better results,clean the floor with a vacuum thoroughly.
*     Fill holes,cracks or caved or caved spots with epoxy slurry or putty,followed by drying and polishing.

Application Considerations:

*     Temperature shall be higher than 5 ℃,and relative humidity over 85%.

*     A maintenance period of 7 days is necessary after application before step on.

*     Disortion of substrate may lead to cracks of paint,but it dose not result from quality of paint.

Storage:

According to the regulations,this prodct should be stored in dry,cool,ventilated warehouse away from fire and heat.The package must be kept airtight and handled carefully.

Safety:

Read safety direction on package carefully.Operate this product in ventilated condition,avoid over inhaling paint miist or spills on skin or eyes.If any coating splashes on skin,rinse with proper detergent or soap water.If splash into eyes by accident,call emergence medical service immediately.
