Water blocking airbag, also known as pipeline water blocking airbag, water blocking device, pipeline sealing airbag, pipeline sealing device. The water blocking airbag is made of reinforced natural rubber. Before delivery, each water blocking airbag will be tested at 1.5 times the rated working pressure and the corresponding model of pipe diameter. To ensure the strength of the pipeline sealing airbag structure, we adopt a safety factor of three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealer.
The working principle of a water blocking airbag is to use a high-quality rubber made pipeline to block the airbag and inflate it through inflation. When the gas pressure inside the water blocking airbag reaches the specified requirements, the airbag fills the entire pipeline section and uses the frictional force generated by the wall of the airbag and the pipeline to block water leakage, thereby achieving the goal of no water leakage in the target pipeline section.
