MSK series saline injection machine Suitable for all kinds of ingredients (beef, pork, bacon, ham, chicken, duck, fish, and other seafood), equipped with pneumatic injection needle - can adjust the injection pressure to all kinds of bone and boneless meat (except MSK-16 use spring injection needle), and the injection needle is stainless steel needle body; The injection speed is stepless - freely adjusted for different needs (except for the MSK-16, which is a 2-stage shift). In order to adapt to various ingredients, Promax injection machines are equipped with salt water pump pressure adjustment function, which can achieve a minimum absorption rate of 8 to 10% for various types of meat. For the injected brine, the Promax injection machine has a triple filtration system (to keep the brine smooth), a mobile stainless steel brine hopper, and a stirring system (MSK-/56/98/195) in the interior to keep the brine clear.
