The traction battery produced by HAWKER Power Supply Co., Ltd. is currently technologically and technologically advanced, and is also a widely used product in the industry. Many famous brands of manufacturing enterprises, such as forklifts, locomotive tractors, electric cleaning vehicles, and electric tour buses, use HAWKERPZS traction batteries. Monomer structure
The HAWKERPZS traction battery uses mature tubular positive plate technology. The positive electrode plate adopts a die-casting grid, and the active material is stored in a discharge pipe made of polyester material; The negative electrode plate uses reinforced plate plates. There are multiple micropores and a raised diaphragm on one side between the positive and negative plates. The battery cell shell is made of high impact and high temperature resistant polypropylene material, and the shell cover is heat sealed to prevent electrolyte leakage.
Pole terminal
Each positive and negative terminal is cast with lead alloy and copper core terminals with internal threads. The combination of the pole and the compressed sealing rubber ring can effectively prevent the leakage of electrolyte.
Battery cell connection strip
The battery cells are connected using fully insulated halogen-free flexible connection strips. The method of fixing the connecting strip with bolts can make it simple and fast to remove individual cells from the battery pack for maintenance or replacement.
Safety valve
Each battery cell is equipped with a safety valve to allow gases generated during the charging process to escape. The operation of adding purified water and measuring the specific gravity of electrolyte can be carried out through the safety valve. There is a design on the battery cover that allows for the installation of an electrolyte agitation system or temperature sensor after punching holes.
Hawkerpzs Aquamatic centralized automatic water addition system
The Hawkerpzs Aquamatic centralized automatic water addition system can complete the water addition to all battery cells in the battery pack from the center point of the battery system. The water safety valve of the system, as shown in the previous figure, can automatically maintain the optimal liquid level of the battery cells, while also allowing the gas generated during the charging process to escape and the operation of measuring the specific gravity of the electrolyte.
Electrolyte agitation system
The Hawkerpzs electrolyte circulation agitation system uses the principle of air lift and operates through a piping system installed on the battery. The diaphragm pump blows low-speed airflow into the battery, causing the airflow to circulate within the battery casing. This system can effectively prevent electrolyte stratification and ensure optimal charging.
