Usage process:

1. Open the cover and carefully wipe the prism with a soft cloth,

2. Take a few drops of the solution to be tested, place them on the prism, gently close the cover plate to avoid the formation of bubbles, and allow the solution to spread all over the surface of the prism,

3. Aim the instrument at the bright spot of the light source and observe the scene through the eyepiece,

4. Rotate the eyepiece adjustment handwheel to make the blue white boundary of the field of view clear, and the scale value of the boundary is the concentration of the solution.

Calibration:

Take a few drops of distilled water and place them on the detection prism. Turn the zero adjustment screw to adjust the dividing line to the 0% position of the modulation scale, then wipe the detection prism clean and proceed with the detection.

matters needing attention:

1. During use, it is necessary to be careful and cautious, strictly follow the instructions, and not loosen any connecting parts of the instrument arbitrarily. Collision is strictly prohibited, and violent vibration is strictly prohibited.

2. After use, it is strictly prohibited to directly put it into water for cleaning. It should be wiped with a clean soft cloth, and the optical surface should not be damaged or scratched.

3. The instrument should be stored in a dry and non corrosive gas free place.
