How to build a solar plant? Many customers have this idea, but they don't know what machine they need, so the project did not start.
So, What Machines are Included in 60MW Full Automatic Solar Panel Making Machines
2. How To Make 60MW Full Automatic Solar Panel Making Machines:
Step 1: Solar Cell Testing
Use solar cell tester to test the electrical performance of Mono-Si or Poly-Si solar cell pieces and record the results in files.
Step 2: Solar Cell Cutting
Use solar cell cutting machine to cut solar cell into half piece or 1/3 piece, which can increase the output of the solar panel power.
Step 3: Solar Cell Welding & Tabbing
Use tabber and stringer machine to solder the mono-Si or poly-Si cells into a string.
Step 4: Glass Loading
Step 5: EVA Cutting & Layup
Step 6: Solar Cell Strings Layup
Achieve solar string laying on glass EVA, and transporting solar module to the next process.
Step 7: Bussing
Connect the bus bar
Step 8: Taping
Tape solar cells
Step 9: Second EVA and Backsheet Cutting & Layup or Glass Loading
Step 10: Insulation
Need to isolated bus bar leads
Step 11: Visual inspect & EL defect test
Check the dirty for the raw materials & Uses the EL tester machine to identifying micro-cracks, broken finger wires, and other invisible defects in solar modules
Step 12: Taping
If making bifacial solar panels, need to wrap around it with tape after the EL
Step 13: Lamination
Use solar panel Laminate the raw material into solar panel
Step 14: Tearing tape
If making bifacial solar panels, also need to tear the tape wrapped in Step12
Step 15: Trimming
When solar panel get cooling after coming out from laminator, it need cutting the edges, we call trimming
Step 16: Flipping inspection
Step 17: Framming
Step 18: Install junction box
First glue the junction box, then install it on the solar panel
Step 19: Junction box potting
Fill junction box with glue
Step 20: Curing
Put solar panel on the curing line to cure
Step 21: Clean the surface
Step 22: IV test
Use solar simulator to test the finished solar panel Electrical performance test like power, current etc and record
Step 23: Test the panel withstand voltage insulation
Use a withstand voltage tester to test the panel withstand voltage insulation
Step 24: EL defect test
Uses the EL tester machine to identifying micro-cracks, broken finger wires and other invisible defects of finished solar modules
Step 25: Label
Step 26: Sorting
According to solar module power classification
