Functional purpose:
It is mainly used for tensile test of metal materials, and can realize the control process of equal rate loading, equal rate deformation, equal rate displacement, etc. and can realize the three-stage control of force, deformation and displacement in a test, and the smooth conversion between the controls can be realized.
Performance features:
1. Adopt single space cylinder upper structure. The main oil cylinder adopts two-way differential oil cylinder to realize two-way control of pulling pressure in one space. The testing machine is equipped with hydraulic wedge clamp.
2: the testing machine adopts a gap free rigid structure, and directly uses the lifting of the piston to adjust the test space, which is convenient and efficient to operate. The closed-loop servo control system, which is composed of electrical controller, servo valve, force sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer and computer, can automatically and accurately control the test process, and automatically measure the test parameters such as test force, displacement, deformation, etc.
