The spherical porous aluminum bubble is spherical and relatively regular. Small round holes are opened on the bulkhead to connect the spheres and go to 6 directions to avoid through holes, which is conducive to sound absorption, filtration and sound attenuation. In practical application, the ideal application effect can be obtained through the design and process control of the sphere size (diameter 3-13mm) connected wall hole size (diameter 0.5-4mm) hole wall thickness and plate thickness.
